  • Please deposit minimum 50% of total room rent at the time of booking.
  • Balance 50% of total room rent will be paid by the guest at the time of Check In.
  • If the balance payment will be made by the booking agency then it must be cleared prior to Check In.
  • Please keep in mind we used to collect the balance amount of room rent directly from the guest if the agent fails to pay within the time otherwise room reservation will be cancelled.
  • This property accepts cash payments & online payments.

Cancellation policy

  • Whether one booking has been done 25% compulsory deduction of total room rent. Cancellation made from 15-30 days prior to the booked date - a fee is 50% of total room rent. Cancellation made from 8-14 days prior to the booked date - a fee is 70% of total room rent. Cancellation made from 0-7 days prior to the booked date - a fee is 100% of total room rent. For peak seasonal dates advance amount will be nonrefundable.
